To ensure that you and
your child get the most enjoyment out of your time at
Gymboree, please read and follow our class and safety
guidelines below.
Class Guidelines
Try to arrive no more
than ten minutes before your class. Please wait outside the
classroom until the teacher invites the class in.
For each class, please check in with our site managers so that we can mark your track card and our attendance sheet. Remember to make name tags for you and your child. Shoes are not permitted in the play area. Adults must wear socks. Children should be barefoot or wear non-skid socks. Food and drinks are prohibited in the play area. Only children 4 years and below are allowed on the Play equipment. For the consideration of all, please do not bring a sick child to class. Schedule a make-up class.
Make-up Classes
From time to time, you
may miss your Gymboree class. Our exceptionally flexible
make-up policy is designed to meet your real-world needs.
Before or after you miss a class, you can schedule a make-up
class. To do so, refer to the current class schedule, select
an alternate class and call our office at least 24 hours in
advance to book the make-up class. Please schedule them as
soon as possible before or after a missing class. You must
schedule make-up classes within your enrollment session as
missed classes are non-transferable and non-refundable after
your expiry date. You may also attend the age-appropriate
music or arts program for a make-up class. However, you
should call our office 24 hours in advance to book the
make-up class.
Safety
For the safety of your
child and other children at Gymboree, we respectfully ask
that you follow our few simple safety guidelines:
1. Be There and Be Aware Every child must be accompanied by an adult and we ask that you remain within arm's length (hugging distance) of your child at all times.
2. No Siblings
Siblings may not be brought to class.
Please make other arrangements for the sibling who is
not enrolled in that particular class.
Participation
•Adults are important
role models for their children. At Gymboree, we ask all
adults to participate and follow their child's lead as each
child progresses at his or her own pace.
